This notice explains what the MyAusGP Beta 2 portal collects, why it is used, how you control it and the limits of the closed beta.
What you may add
You may choose to add your name, email address, medicines, appointments, providers, family or emergency contacts, goals, travel plans, personal observations and the names or categories of documents. Beta 2 does not upload the contents of documents.
Why it is used
Your information is used to provide your planner, keep it available across your devices, protect your account, respond to your requests and improve the reliability of the service. MyAusGP does not sell your health information or use it for advertising.
What is not happening automatically
Your entries are not automatically monitored, assessed, sent to a clinic or shared with a provider. Beta 2 can prepare a care summary only when you choose; you must review it before downloading or sharing it.
Storage and service providers
The public website and app may use different hosting providers. Live account records will be kept in the selected Sydney-region Supabase project. Authentication, transactional email, security monitoring and support suppliers may process limited information on MyAusGP's behalf under their service terms and safeguards.
Who can access it
You can access your own planner after secure sign-in. MyAusGP team access must be limited to authorised support or security purposes, recorded where appropriate and reviewed. No clinic or provider receives access simply because you add their name.
Your choices
You can correct your entries, download a care summary, export a machine-readable copy, clear your planner, sign out and permanently delete your account. You may also ask for access or correction where the law provides it.
Safety and retention
MyAusGP uses account controls, row-level access rules, encrypted connections and activity records. Information should be kept only while needed for the service, legal duties or a request you have made. No internet service can promise zero risk.

MyAusGP is operated by Aldos Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 16 692 785 229), trading as MyAusGP.
