A helpful organiser, with clear limits.
These terms describe the closed MyAusGP Beta 2 portal. By creating your space, you agree to use it on this basis.
Your planner
The portal helps you organise information you add yourself. It is not a complete medical record, diagnosis service, emergency service or substitute for advice from a qualified provider.
Who provides the portal
MyAusGP is operated by Aldos Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 16 692 785 229), trading as MyAusGP. Use the contact form or support@myausgp.com.au for support.
Urgent needs
Entries and inbox items are not continuously monitored. Call 000 for a life-threatening emergency. For other urgent needs, use an appropriate local service rather than waiting for a portal response.
Your responsibility
Keep your email account and devices secure, sign out on shared devices and check important details directly with the relevant provider. Only add information you are entitled to store. Information concerning another person should only be added with appropriate authority.
Sharing and connections
Beta 2 does not automatically share your entries or connect to government, pharmacy, booking, practice management or provider systems. You may choose to download or share a self-entered care summary. Connections will be introduced only with clear status labels, permission and appropriate agreements.
Availability and change
This is an early service. Features may change, pause or be withdrawn for safety, security or reliability. MyAusGP will take reasonable steps to protect your information and explain material changes.
Your control
You can export, clear or permanently delete your account from your profile. Clearing removes planner entries but keeps the account open. Account deletion removes the account and associated planner records, subject to any limited retention required by law or security duties.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another account, disrupt the service, introduce harmful content, misrepresent identity or use the portal for unlawful activity.
